If the doctors on this forum are saying oral sex is LOW RISK, how can normal members of this forum get away with saying that it's no risk?Essentially, they are telling us we can have as much oral sex as we like with people who are HIV positive.This is dangerous!Just because there are no "documented" cases doesn't mean that oral HIV transmission hasn't actually occurred.There are no "sex police" in the bedroom to determine if couples are strictly having oral sex, which is why HIV transmission is NEVER attributed to this act.If you test positive after only having oral sex for a few years, who the hell is going to believe that you haven't been having unprotected anal/vaginal intercourse?I understand that saliva has over a dozen enzymes and proteins that deactivate the HIV virus, but even with this knowledge, the very doctors of THIS SITE agree that the risk is still around 1 in 10,000.Yes, that is a very low risk, but it's not no risk.Eventually somebody will contract it this way.For anybody who has been spreading the knowledge that HIV is "no risk," please explain yourself, I am very curious to how you arrived at this conclusion.这个论坛的专家们说，口交是低风险的行为，那为什么普通的志愿者说口交没风险？实际上，志愿者认为可以肆无忌惮的HIV感染者进行口交。这非常危险！现在没有口交确诊的案例，但这并不意味，通过口交传染的情况从未发生。如果某人只因为几年下来的无保护口交感染艾滋，谁他妈又会相信你真是因为口交而不是肛交性jiao感染的？我知道唾液里有很多蛋白质和酶可以抑制HIV，即便知道这个，但是这个论坛的专家们都认为始终有万分之一的机会感染，。是的，万分之一确实是很小的风险但并不是0风险。还是有人有可能通过口交得HIV。请那些声称口交0风险的人，把这个问题说清楚，我非常好奇，你是怎么得到0风险这个结论的！

There has never been anyone contract HIV from oral sex and had you read the Drs Forum you would have read NEITHER have seen anyone contract HIV from oral sex in their 30 years of practice and you would have also read that most experts say zero risk.没有任何人通过口交感染HIV，如果你去专家论坛看他们的帖子，你也会发现，上面的所有专家在过去30年里都没见过口交感染的例子，此外，你也会发现，绝大多数专家都认为0风险。

Because there have been studies with serodiscordant couples involving thousands of acts of oral sex resulting in no transmissions.
Doctors on this site believe the 1 in 10000 statistic is too high.因为有很多一方阳性一方阴性，成千上万次得口交行为证明口交0风险。这个论坛上的专家也认为万分之一的风险实际风险高太多了。

Teak, yes I in fact read this in the doctor's forum, yet never the less, DESPITE HIM NOT SEEING ANY ORAL TRANSMISSIONS, he still says there is a low risk.

"oral sex appears to be..."
"oral sex most likely is..."
"oral sex sems to be..."
NOT "is..."
"...no risk."
And trust me, I really hope it is no risk.I, and many other people, hope you are right, Teak.My friend has been swallowing his poz BF's stuff for years and is still neg.相信我，我真的希望口交0风险，我和其他很多人一样，都希望你Teak是对的，我有个朋友，他几年来一直吞他阳性男友的精液，仍旧是阴性。

It is impossible to prove a negative but all the available evidence indicates it is safe. For practical purposes it is zero risk.在大量的研究的面前，口交不可能阳。

At the very least, we can settle on the fact that the acidity and enzymes of saliva deactivate HIV, and saliva coats every microscopic nook and cranny of your mouth.Take what you want from that.最起码，我们都知道唾液里的酸和酶能抑制HIV，唾液也存在于口腔的所有角落，Teak这就是你想要的结果吧。
