意思就是除了无保护的ydj以外，其他情况你都不可能接触到感染源。没有感染源还管什么伤口不伤口呢？

不是，我主要担心的是不易察觉的小伤口，有一个论坛的斑竹跟我说这个行为一点风险都没有不需要检测，但前提是建立在没伤口的情况底下。我担心的是有文章讲述过急性期和发病期的yd分泌物病毒会急剧上升，怕就怕xj是急性期的，毕竟发病期容易分辨，这样会不会太打扰你了？
你担心什么?你担心无套手淫沾上分泌物,然后带套子后把这些分泌物包在里面,害怕性jiao剧烈造成小创口,让原先沾在阴茎上的分泌物接触到创口,进而导致病毒入侵?这些都是假设小姐是病毒携带者 即使是,你也没有可能。病毒在手淫的时候已经失活了。

是的，正如你所说的，我正是这样担心，我可以确定，在wtsy前我的阴茎没破损，其实我也意淫过在sy过程中分泌物会干掉，毕竟据我所认识的分泌物的确很容易风干掉。而且大家来到这里恐的，都把性对象假设为病患者了嘛，不是吗？
