MEDHELP两个著名医生关于KJ的最新回复,一人一个。(说一下这两位医生是从1981年艾滋病爆发开始就从事这方面工作的,自己体会吧)

Welcome to the forum.I agree with the advice you had on the community forum.

Kissing and oral sex are not risks for HIV transmission even with blood in the mouth.Saliva inactivates HIV, including any virus in the blood. And if you think logically, you will realize that almost everybody has blood in the mouth from time to time, e.g. from inflamed gums. Therefore, there must have been millions of oral HIV exposures that involved some blood contact. And yet few if any HIV transmissions have resulted.
就算嘴里有血,接吻和口交也没有风险。唾液抑制所有血液中的病毒。其实你理性想想,几乎所有人在任何时间嘴里都有点血的,但是经过百万次口交的行为,却没有(如果有也很少)HIV传播案例。
Can I say there is zero risk in the hypothetical scenario you describe? No.There are almost no absolutes in human biology and medicine, and it is impossible to prove a negative. But the risks are too low to worry about, and almostd certainly your symptoms are not due to HIV.

It is obvious you are reacting emotionally to a sexual exposure that you regret. You'll have to deal with that problem. But HIV transmission is not a realistic concern. However, many people as anxious as you are will remain worried despite reasoned analysis of the risks and all the reassurance that an online forum, or even a personal physician, can provide. In that situation, sometimes it is wise to have an HIV test even when there is no realistic chance of transmission. You may sleep better knowing you have had a negative test result.

Welcome to our Forum. The activities you describe did not put you at risk for HIV.Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to sensations, rashes and other possible abnormalities than in periods when they are not concerned. This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal or coincidental sensations and findings that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.I suspect that this is a contributor to your situation.

You may or may not have seborrheic dermatitis. If you do, that by no means that you have HIV.While there is a bit of an increase of seborrheic dermatitis in persons with HIV, most persons with SD do not have HIV. thus this would be a coincidence, and nothing more.   If the rash is troubling you, I recommend you talk with a dermatologist.

No one has ever convincingly gotten HIV from oral sex.You are not going to be the first. You have no medical reason for concern or for testing. If you need the reassurance of a test to prove that you did not get HIV, I would suggest you get tested using a DUO (combination HIV p 24 antigen/HIV antibody test) which at 4 weeks following exposure will provide definitive information on your HIV status- I am confident the result will show that you did not get HIV (I suggest this not because of some hidden suspicion that you got HIV from the exposure you describe but in an effort to provide reassurance- if you are not ready to accept the test results, testing would be a waste of time and resources).EWH
没有人被确定是口交感染的,你不会是第一个,不需要担心或是检测。
