什么是“combo test”？

今天在medhelp网站上看到这个词，用中文的话是啥意思？
But most important, the test results prove you do not have HIV and thatHIV is not a possible cause of your symptoms.The numerical value ofyour combo test (for both HIV antibody and p24 antigen) is irrelevant,as long as the number is below the positive level.The combo test is100% reliable any time more than 4 weeks after the last possibleexposure.
