我是新恐友，第一次BDWTKJ，很害怕，请温暖姐回答，谢谢！
5月10日被朋友拖到一高档洗浴中心988元起，只有BDWTKJ，因为第一次去，其他的我没敢让XJ做。好像XJ还添过我的GM。5月18日在网上看到hiv相关信息后很害怕，认真看自己的YJ，发行系带右边有3个小白点，不痛不痒。于是到三甲医院皮肤科检查。医师说无法判断是什么，但是在我一再要求下，做了HIV和梅毒的血检，两个都是阴。
5月22日，到四川省皮肤病性病研究所检查，主任医师说那几个小白点是珍珠疹，不用检查了。
从5月10日到现在，一直不痛不痒，也没有尿频，尿急，尿痛等现象
现在我有2个问题：
1. 因为很怕中尖锐湿疣，所以我想做那几个小白点的HPV检查。请问HPV检查就可以完全说明尖锐湿疣的风险很小吗？
2. 我准备21天，28天和42天作HIV、梅毒、丙肝的血检，我打算去三甲医院（成都市第一人民医院），请问这种地方的检测结果有效吗？
3. 我那几个小白点像针头一样大小，请问是尖锐湿疣的可能性大吗？
非常感谢！ 1，你可以自行做醋白试验来判断。不过，既然医生已经做出判断是珍珠疹，你为什么不信任呢？
2，三甲医院检测当然可信。
3，见1 尖锐的初期不是白点，而是数个针眼般的破损。而且医生判断了是珍珠疹。 谢谢楼上的专家，但是我还是怕。
我准备明天去整组织液查一下了，要不然我无法睡觉啊。

如果那的世界A病毒权威专家都不可信，那就没什么可信的了。
WTKJ本来就无限近0的风险，担心这个还不如担心出门会不会遇到车祸。

I've read the forums, and realize this is an often touched upon subject.I received unprotected oral sex (blowjob) from a prostitute in January.She may have been a drug user, it's possible she had blood in her mouth due to poor dental hygiene, but I didn't specifically see any blood.I got tested for HIV a few days after the occurance, and it came back negative.I also tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis.Syphilis came back negative, but they were not able to give me results for chlamydia and gonorrhea due to lab error.
In your opinion, do I need to get tested for HIV/STDs after this?The testing clinic was very uncomfortable and I'd rather not go if I was never at any risk for HIV or STDs.I could go to my doctor, but would this be a waste of money/time/resources?

Welcome to the forum.Thanks for scanning it for similar questions before asking your own.Having done that, you will not be susprised by my reply.
One of the most common themes on this forum, and a solid consensus among all HIV experts, is that oral sex carries little or no risk for HIV, especially from mouth to penis
Cancer - penis.The estimate from CDC is that the transmission risk is 1 in 20,000, if the oral partner is infected.That's equivalent to receiving BJs by infected people once a day for 27 years before there might be a significant chance of infection.And the large majority of commercial sex workers don't have HIV anyway.Oral hygiene, blood in the mouth, etc seem to make no difference.
Your HIV test after only a few days doesn't mean anything.Based on the risk level, you do not need HIV testing at all.But if you would like the reassurance of a negative negative test result, you can have a standard HIV antibody test at any time.You can expect it to be negative.
As for other STDs, the gonorrhea and chlamydia tests are valid within a few days of exposure, so those negative results are reliable and do not need to be repeated. Syphilis blood tests, like those for HIV, are not relable until 6 weeks after exposure.The chance you caught syphilis is almost as low as for HIV, but it would make sense to be retested at this time.

Oops -- an error above.The 1 in 20,000 risk is equivalent to oral-penile exposure to infected people once a day for 55 years, not 27. 我也是，我阴茎上有一小片针头大小白色丘疹，害怕是尖尖，昨天去医院做了醋酸白实验，排除，医生说是平滑苔癣，应该是没有问题的，不用担心拉，LZ，我也是成都的，成都的SN我知道，其实还算很安全的，不用担心
