关于与HIV检测6周论相悖的“特殊案例”，我想说下我的看法

对于案例来说，我们要认清案例是 “个人陈述”,“报告案例”，还是“确认记载”
在美国和UK的网站上，医生与博士们明确指出 案例分"reported"（报告案例）和"docunmented"（确认真实性并纪录在案）两大类

很多的案例都是通过匿名报告，电话采访，回访等得到案例，这些案例的真实性根本没有去查过，这些案例通常称为reported case。正如对于口交来说，medhelp上的Dr HHH和DR EWH都表示没有见过documented的案例。而reported的案例是有过的，但是很多口交reported的案例在后来的深入了解后都发现有以下情况：比如病人是吸毒者，其案例中由于吸毒传染也可能发生，他也承认在口交之后有过静脉注射；或者口交后仍然发生了无套性jiao，只是当事人开始不承认-_-;或者是当事人之后又有了其他高危行为等等很多的干扰因素，无法得出就是由于口交感染。

所以对于网上的很多案例，大家不要见了风就是雨，这些匿名陈述的，小道报告来的消息的真实性根本得不到保证，很多都是经不起推敲的。在其他论坛上也出现过恐怖分子最后承认自己是撒谎，只是想看下医生和版友对于他表达的某些情况的看法。

最后我想表达下，如果你发现你恐了，并且很难抑制住自己的焦虑，那么就去检测，得到的实实在在的阴单可以让你平静下来！

说得很对，不过还有一条就是，中国的人口摆在那里，谁都不敢保证没有体质特异的人！如果说错话，可能会害了好几个人！！

    With modern HIV antibody tests, which undoubtedly includes the tests in common use in Brazil (medically a very sophisticated country with respect to HIV, which you seem to know), almost all newly infected people have positive results within 8 weeks -- mostly by 4-5 weeks.  This is no different for the rapid tests compared with lab-based tests.  Some experts who believe it still can rarely take up to 3 months, but definitely this is very rare.  Therefore, you can rely on your test results.  However, if your partner indeed has a newly diagnosed HIV infection, you should have a final test about 3 months after the last exposure, just to be doubly safe. "

当代的抗体测试，几乎所有的被感染的人都会在8周测出，大多数人只需要4-5周。快速测试和实验室的测试没有区别。一些专家仍旧认为需要3个月才能测出，不过这真的是非常罕见的！因此，你完全可以对你的61天的测试放心。但是，如果你的伴侣确实刚确诊为感染者，你应该在3个月的时候做一个最终测试，当然，这只是为了一个双重保险。

87 days hiv1/2  ab/ag test , negative (at that time i still got ulcer symptons and teeth bleeding for no reasons)

Welcome to the Forum.  My answer will be brief because it duplicates answers given on this Forum many, many times and because it also duplicates answers you have gotten from your 12 earlier posts to the HIV Prevention Community.  You tests prove that you do not have HIV.  You do not need a 6 month test.  You do not need further testing, You do not need to be concerned. 欢迎来到论坛。我来简短的回答下你的问题，因为类似你的问题实在是在论坛上出现重复发布了太多次。你的87天测试证明了你没有得HIV。你不需要6个月的测试，你不需要再进行测试，你不需要再担心hiv了。

There is no meaningful difference between test results at 87 days and 3 months.
