With any disease transmission there are no "absolutes" but there is statistical data to use as guidelines. As for kissing, there has been no link to transmission unless you have poor dentition with bleeding gums as well as your partner.
As for oral sex, the risks are low if you (positive) are the giver and not the receiver, of course, considering you have good dentition and aren't breaking the skin with your technique.

No there is not risk. But if you are in relationship with your partner is also at less risk, not being the receptive partner in anal sex. And yes, having a well controlled viral load does significantly reduce the risk of HIV transmission.

回答2：这个根本就没有风险，但是如果你和你的伴侣搞的话，那么有极低的风险，别和他肛交，还有一个就是控制好你的病毒载量这样可以降低HIV的传播。
回答3（也是一个提问的）：问和一个艾滋病人肛交有没有传染艾滋病的风险。
