答疑解惑之一——病毒在水中存活的时间

本人自认为英语不错，前段时间也经常浏览medhelp,感觉那里的信息感觉可靠性很大，现在翻译一些文章来帮助各位恐友来解决一些很多人问的问题。

       My question is: Can the HIV virus survive if it were put into any type of drink (say HIV infected blood), ie. water or iced tea etc.  ?

博士您好！ 我的脚上有伤口，船底板上有些海水，同时这些海水中有从另一位渔夫受伤的手指流出的血，我感染HIV和其他性病的风险有多大？（总感觉问的奇奇怪怪）

Zero.  the exposure to air, salt or fresh water, etc would both kill HIV.  In addition, the water would dilute it out as well.  There has never been HIV transitted this way and if you had such an exposure, you will not be the first person to get HIV this way - it will not happen.  There is no reason for concern or testing.  EWH

注意第一句话，暴露在空气中，盐或者新鲜水等等都会杀死HIV病毒。另外，水会稀释病毒。

大家都是地球人，没什么特殊的。你如果JJ没有伤口，我觉得不用检测。
