问题是： I put my Finger into  vaginal,my finger have a cut and bleeding.what are the chances of HIV.
回答是：For a cut to pose a risk in a scenario such as this one, it would have to be a very large, very deep wound that was actively bleeding very heavily. I assure you that if you had this kind of a cut, you wouldn't be using that finger to masturbate a woman. Masturbation/fingering is not a risk for HIV transmission and you had no risk from this.
不过不知道回答这个人水平怎么样，好像也是一般的医疗爱好者吧，是个护士学院毕业2年的女的。
问题中故意把情况夸大了，说手指正在流血，其实没有出血。但他们的回答也没危险。这点为什么和国内CDC说法不一样呢，国内CDC一部分认为只要手指有伤口，不管出不出血就都是有危险的，当然也有一部分认为出血危险，不出血就没事。但MEDHELP上发现好多帖子说，即使是出血，也不危险。？？？为什么呢

    兄弟没流血别怕了，没事的，论坛上一票人也天天上类似网站查，结果都不错。国外也有回答很保守的，这也没什么。

呵呵，因为你正在流的血是往外的！而且别人一眼就看穿了你的话，没人会忍痛流血手淫，不符合逻辑啊。
