如果口腔无破损，而对方也没有射精，那么完全没有问题。

I am a 52 years old male in Hong Kong.  Today I just received unprotected oral *** from a female *** worker.

After the oral ***,  I found several red cuts  on my penile head that should be caused by the teeth biting of the *** workers.

Doctor, can you please tell me what is my risk of HIV infection by saliva of the *** worker through the cuts on my penile head?  (If the *** worker is infected)

Do I need to test for HIV?

Welcome to the forum. But this question is really no different than innumerable other ones and the answers are the same:  It is unlikely your partner had HIV; and when someone has HIV, the risk of transmission by oral *** (mouth to penis) is so low that many experts believe it is no risk at all (one estimate by CDC is once for every 20,000 events).  In theory if there are bite wounds associated with oral ***, the risk might be higher -- but still extremely low.  From a risk assessment perspective, you do not need HIV testing.  However, you might want to do it for peace of mind.  In other words, if this reassurance doesn't settle your fears, it's fine with me if you want to have an HIV test in a few weeks.  You can expect negative results.

         欢迎来到论坛。但是这个问题真的没有和其他的问题有所不同。答案是相同的:你的伴侣不太可能是HIV感染者，当有人感染HIV了，通过口X的传播风险（由口至阴茎）是如此之低许多专家认为这是没有风险的(CDC的估计是2W分1)，从理论上讲，口X中如果有相关咬伤的，风险可能会高点-但是依然非常低，从风险的角度评估，你不需要测试HIV。但是，您可能希望自己的安全的。换句话说，如果这个保证不能解决你内心的恐惧，it's fine with me(这句不知道怎么翻译了）如果你想在几个星期后测试HIV，你可以期待一个阴性的结果。

I am a man who received unprotected oral *** from a woman late last night. Afterwards she said her mouth was sore because she had had a wisdom tooth out earlier in the day. I didn't see any blood or have any cuts on my penis. What are the risks for HIV? Thanks




Oral *** is very low risk for HIV.  Transmission from the oral to the penile partner is especially rare; even if the oral partner has HIV, CDC estimates the risk at around one transmission for every 20,000 events.  To put that in perspective, this is equivalent to receiving oral *** by HIV infected partners once a day for 55 years, and perhaps still not catching HIV.  Your risk is even lower than that, because the odds your partner had HIV were extremely low.


Might the risk be higher because your partner had recent tooth extraction?  Conceivably, yes -- but for practial purposes it probably makes no difference.  The 1 in 20,000 risk includes the fact that many people have oral lesions -- everything from inflamed gums to tooth wounds of the cheek to oral herpes, and others.  Saliva inactivates HIV, so that even if a bleeding lesion is present, most likely there is little infectious virus to transmit.


So there was zero risk for all practical purposes.  Don't worry about it.  You don't need HIV testing.

口X感染HIV是非常低的风险。从口腔到阴茎的传播是非常罕见的。即使口腔方感染了HIV。CDC的估计是大约2W分1。为了让大家有个观点，这相当于每天接受感染者的保护口X需要55年才能感染上。也许还感染不上HIV。你的风险比他（指的是如果对方口腔方是HIV感染者，所以用了个Than That，是相比较与他的意思。2者比较的的意思）还低，因为你的伴侣感染HIV的可能是非常低的。
可能较高的风险因为你的伴侣最近拔过牙？可以想象，是的-但是实际情况下它可能没什么区别。在2W分之1的风险里包括事实上有很多有人有口腔病变-一切从牙龈红肿到牙齿伤口面部的口腔疱疹（说实话，我还真不会翻译这段话），和其他一些。唾液灭活病毒。因此即使如果存在出血病变，大多数可能很少有传染性病毒的传播（很难理解啊）。

所以就出现了实际情况是0风险的。不要担心它，你不要检测HIV。
