1 month ago, I'd sex with a gay man. We never met each other before, but afterwards I heard that this guy had HIV infected...

I was shocked, and we proceeded an oral sex without a condom,and most horribly I was the one who sucked his **.

then we had an anal sex while I was the bottom(0) with a complete condom.

Today I had a HIV test, and I got the result soon after I was phlebotomised, probably 10 min... and  a negative result was printed...

Dose this 1-month-peroid HIV test mean anything ? May I unload my anxiety with this negative result?

Can this result prove I'm not infected?  And any more tests needed?

我们检测都是假设对方是HIV.
有安全套的性行为是安全的。
一个月的检测已经定局了，满6周复查下吧！

补充下，口交感染理论上是有风险，但是感染率极低。
你已经测了一个月了，没问题了。

安全套使用正确，在性 交过程中没有破损造成体液交换的话，
我认为即使是同性间的行为也是不会感染HIV的。
口交有可能造成感染，但是需要满足感染的条件很多，
一般是构不成感染的，所以不必太担心，六周检测以后如果是阴性结果，你就可以回归到
你原本的幸福生活中去，我想你是涉外人员吧，在性观念开放的环境里，更要懂得保护自己，
保护他人，不提倡同性 性行为，因为确实是高危之中的高危！

PS 。。。我也给一个HIV感染者口交过 而且有三四次。

我还遇到一个女的 跟他BF 一起生活一年 带套性jiao 无套口交 ，而且最后他BF 都到 发病期了 还有过几次性jiao。事后知道差点吓死，不过，最后屁事都没。。

口交 如果是口内射精 我觉得 感染的可能性或者还是存在的 不过应该也是极低的偶然事件

如果没有口内射精 直接无视就好了。
