i had an exposure . 8 days back on 20th of may 2009 , i accidentally got hurt on my finger while closing my car door. it did not bled that time , but my blood was clotted and can be seen in my nail( pain was very much) . tw0- three days after i punctured that so that blood may come out to relieve pain . blood came out that time and it was bleeding some point or other for next three days . but after that it stopped bleeding and blood was dried clotted . although some dried blood can be seen on th e top of the finger skin but by sure it was clotted no extra bleeding .
now the real thing on 28 th i went to a high risk chinese ***** and fingered her with the same unfortunate finger , but in my case she was wearing her cotton panty and short jeans knicker . i did not feel any wetness on my finger butt asort of dampness . my finger was not bleeding at that time and it is not bleeding this time also almost one day afte exposure . do you think i have put myself at hiv risk by this or just i am paranoid , plesae answer as i ma geting married soon . shall i get tested . please give your valued opinion as every time i am seeing my finger and clotted blood on th etop of finger and nail iam getting frustated . is this be considerd high risk exposure or low risk exposure or o risk plesae help 问：尊敬的先生，我高危了。8天之前，也就是5月20日，我在关车门的时候不小心把手指弄伤了。当时没有出血，但是可以透过指甲看到淤血（很痛）。2-3天后我把它刺破了想让淤血流出来这样就不痛了。当时血冒出来了，在后来的3天中断断续续的还有小的出血点。3天之后就没有流血了，伤口里面的血也变成干的淤血了。尽管从手指尖的皮肤还能看到一些干的淤血，但是可以肯定的是伤口不再流血了。28日的时候，我找了一位高危的中国性工作者，我用那个手上的手指插了她的阴道，当时她穿着棉的底裤和牛仔短裤。我没有感觉到手上有湿的感觉，但是感觉有点潮。我的手指那个时候已经不流血了，高危一天之后的这个时候也没有流血。你认为我有没有风险，还是我在胡思乱想。请回答我的这个问题，我很快就要结婚，我需要检测吗？请给出你宝贵的意见，每次我看到我的手指和指甲间的淤血我就恐的要死。这是高危行为，或是低危行为，抑或0风险的行为，谢谢你们的帮助？
A: I have debated whether or not to delete this question. I have decided to answer it with a single response, following which I will not entertain further questions of any sort. The reason I considered deleting the question is because to be concerned about risk from the situation you describe is totally and entirely unrealistic. There is no risk for HIV or any STD from masturbating a person, whether or not they have infection. That you had an area on your finger which had been traumatized and recently cut/open does not change this at all. You need to forget your concerns. No risk from what you describe AT ALL.
